Misty is an early childhood education consultant from the state of Louisiana with more than 30 years of experience in the childcare space.

Throughout her career, Misty has fulfilled multiple roles in ECE, including those of lead teacher, center director, and owner and operator of multiple childcare centers.
Today, Misty focuses on building strong childcare centers, helping them thrive in areas such as staff professional development, licensing & crisis management, and optimizing budgeting and profitability.
